Shipping and Returns
These rates apply to Canada and United States orders only.
Shipping is FREE on all purchases of $100.00 CAD or more before taxes from Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon. A flat fee of $40.00 will be charged.).
A Flat fee of $10.00 is charged to orders of $99.99 CAD or less. Please allow 2-7 working days to receive your order. We ship out of Canada. The buyer is responsible for brokerage fees and duties if applicable (for US orders only). US orders are not eligible for free shipping and a $25.00 CAD shipping fee will be added and is not refundable on returns.
A tracking number will be provided to you by email once the footwear is shipped. You can view the status on the Canada Post website, US Postal Services Site orFedEx website by entering your Tracking Number.
Returns and Exchanges
SafetyFoot.com offers the easiest return policy on the web. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days from the date of reception for exchange or refund with the original Invoice and RMA#. Be sure to advise us by email prior to return or exchange the merchandise. We will provide you with a RMA # and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
NOTE: Please be aware that all returns must be sent back to us in their new condition. Worn footwear is not returnable. We will provide you an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Shipping and Returns/Exchanges are to be paid by the buyer. We do not refund our shipping fees.
Any order that is returned or refused because of address error from the buyer's behalf will have a $25.00 restocking fee and shipping fees.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or there is an incorrectly shipped item, we will replace or refund the returned item including shipping costs once we have received it.
We take value in our customers and will do our best to resolve all problems as quickly as possible. Be sure to include the item number of your purchase when emailing us.
All sales are final 30 days after purchase!
We try our best to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order and requesting a replacement item during the return process. We will provide you with a RMA # and instructions. Please note that exchange requests are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed.
